HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
FORM
You fill out a form with your details. You log in with a gmail account and you also have the option to go in and correct later. (if you do, notify your administrator) When you fill out our form, you give us the opportunity to get to know you better so we can create a tailor-made match for your needs and wishes. We need your background, experience and desired career goals to be able to offer you the best job opportunities. Follow these steps to fill out the form: Click on the box below to access the form.
CATEGORY
Once you have filled in your details, we will help you categorize them to make it easier for the employer to find you and your experience in our database. By listing the appropriate categories based on your data, we create a structured and easily accessible collection of your experience, education and skills. This makes it easier for employers to quickly identify your area of expertise and assess your suitability for different roles and assignments.
We will also make a summary of your application into a floating text (which you must approve before publication)
CONTACT
Once the employer has gone through the different categories and identified your profile as interesting, they turn to us for contact information for you. By using the contact details you have provided to us, the employer will reach out to you to initiate discussions about possible job opportunities. It is at this stage that you both have the opportunity to communicate directly to clarify expectations, discuss working hours, salaries, and other relevant details. This may mean agreeing on working conditions, schedules, and salary levels that work best for both parties.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
We strive to ensure that our job pool consists only of serious job seekers in order to offer employers high-quality candidates. In order to administer and maintain this standard, we charge a membership fee to applicants.
By paying this fee, you demonstrate your commitment to being part of a reliable and professional community of job seekers.
The membership fee of 120 €per year enables us to continue to offer a high standard of service and support to our members. It helps to cover the costs of operating and maintaining the work pool as well as improvements to our services to meet the needs of both job seekers and employers. We also help you make your profile descriptive and accurate.
By paying the membership fee, you not only demonstrate your serious approach to job searching, but also your support for maintaining integrity and professionalism within our community. We are confident that this fee helps to create a safe and reliable platform for all parties involved, where we can continue to offer and find high-quality work opportunities for our members.

DO YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR APPLICATION?
If you feel unsure or reluctant to fill out the form and submit your CV, we offer you the opportunity to book a meeting via Zoom or by phone. During this meeting, we will help you answer the questions and ensure that all the data is entered correctly into our database.
This extra support requires more time from our administration, therefore we charge a one-time fee of €40 to cover the extra resources required to facilitate this process.
