I started this pool of workers because of my own experience.

After recently applying for a job, I realized that despite my long experience, my knowledge, and insights, I didn’t have a chance of getting a permanent job because of my age, 55+.

This made me feel the need to create a platform where people of my age group and older and with similar experiences and skills can find work without being discriminated against because of their age. I have always believed that the quality of a workplace lies in the experience of the staff. My goal is to create a fair and inclusive work environment where experience and skills are highly valued, regardless of age.
